For many families, a fifteenth birthday party is a luxury nobody even says out loud. The girl knows it is out of reach, so she does not ask.
We want to give that day to fifteen girls who are about to turn fifteen: the dress, the hair, the makeup, the photos, the venue and the music. The whole thing, not half of it.
This is not a whim. It is a day when someone takes care of them and nothing but them, and one they will have photographs of for the rest of their lives.
